The work

The teams behind every connection.

These are the kinds of roles we hire for. Not every role is open at any given time.

  • Fibre Technician

Installing, splicing, testing and maintaining fibre in the field, and restoring faults quickly and safely.

  • Site Supervisor

Leading field teams, schedules, safety and quality on site.

  • Project Manager

Taking projects from planning to handover: resources, budgets and reporting.

  • Wayleave Officer

Permissions, applications and working with municipalities and communities.

  • Data and Systems

The data, integrations and tools that keep delivery visible and accountable.

  • Admin and Finance

Project administration, documents, finance support and day-to-day operations.

How hiring works

Four clear steps.

  1. 1

    Send your CV

Tell us the role you want, where you are based and your experience.

  2. 2

    A person reviews it

Our team reads every CV. If there is a fit, we contact you.

  3. 3

    Short online interview

Shortlisted technicians receive a private invitation link for a short voice interview with an AI interviewer. No camera is used, and you can ask for a person instead.

  4. 4

    People decide

Our team reviews the interview and makes the decision. We let you know the outcome.
